Due to our distribution agreement, we cannot offer a discount on direct sales to consumers. Therefore, we do not encourage direct ordering. We must charge full retail list price, plus state sales tax for Washington residents, and a nominal shipping and handling fee. Most retail stores offer our products, some at discounted prices, making it more attractive to support your favorite retailer.

We offer retail sales of our harmonicas and accessories primarily to consumers who are unable to find our products in his/her local area, or to those living in a remote area with no retail store within a reasonable distance. Some of our accessories, such as cover plates or combs can be difficult to find in retail stores. Also our logowear is not available in most retail stores. This is why we have included an order form on our website.

All orders must be prepaid with a check or money order. We do not accept credit card orders. Only checks drawn on U.S. banks are accepted, and money orders and travelers checks must be payable in U.S. currency. Checks will be held 10 business days before shipping, according to company policy.
