Lee Oskar Harmonicas Marks 35th Anniversary!
Globally renowned harmonica virtuoso and manufacturer Lee Oskar announces a major expansion of the headquarters team and marketing operations for Lee Oskar Harmonicas, which he founded in 1983 in collaboration with Tombo Manufacturing of Japan (established in 1917.)
Lee Oskar Harmonicas’ expansion is coming at its 35th anniversary as a manufacturing firm known for excellence and innovation. The Lee Oskar brand has been producing the same superior quality products since its inception, and innovated the industry with its altered tunings that enable many different musical genres and a unique system of replaceable, interchangeable components.
While originally appreciated and preferred primarily by professional musicians, Lee Oskar Harmonicas has since connected with a much broader range of music lovers who can fully appreciate the joys of harmonica playing— spanning all ages and stages of life, backgrounds, levels of playing ability, musical genres and styles.
In keeping with Lee’s vision that the harmonica is an ideal instrument “For All/For Life,” he has recently grown his corporate marketing team to maximize opportunities through digital marketing, promotion and public relations initiatives to connect with broadened audiences on a global scale.
The marketing program for 2018-2019 has been designed to spread the excitement of harmonica playing throughout the musical world, and artfully demonstrate how Lee Oskar Harmonicas are a fun, easy-to-learn instrument that everyone can enjoy, without the challenges presented by other instruments—perfect for composing melodies, coming up with hook-lines and making all kinds of music.

Lee Oskar, Founder and President ed-hrvatski.com/
Lee Oskar is a world-renowned harmonica virtuoso, composer, producer, visual artist, musical explorer and harmonica manufacturer. Lee’s career as a globally touring musician uniquely equipped him to become a revolutionary harmonica maker. In the 70’s, he grew increasingly frustrated with the poor quality of harmonicas that were on the market at the time. So he went on a quest to find a superior quality manufacturer that could meet his needs and bring his design ideas to life. In the early ’80’s, he found the perfect partner in Tombo Manufacturing of Japan, a multi-generational harmonica manufacturer known for excellence since 1917. Together, Lee Oskar and Tombo collaborated closely to perfect Lee Oskar Harmonicas, pairing Lee’s design ideas, creativity and musical knowledge with Tombo’s manufacturing expertise and commitment to superlative quality.
