The Lee Oskar LowRider Harmonica was inspired by the 50th Anniversary of the enduring hit song by that name, which LOH President and CEO Lee Oskar composed with his original bandmates from the megahit band WAR in 1975–including the instantly recognizable hook line he created on his harmonica.

Fully compatible with the LOH system of interchangeable and reusable reed plates, cover plates, and combs, the LowRider is manufactured in collaboration with Tombo Musical Instruments of Japan–bearing the same exacting standards, superior craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail as all harmonicas in the innovative Lee Oskar Harmonicas line, which is widely regarded as the industry’s gold standard.

In its first-ever modification to LOH’s harmonica line, the Lee Oskar LowRider Harmonica is designed with a wider and more open cover plate, which projects an alternative sound and musical feel.

The LowRider is available in a special limited edition gold model as well as one bearing a sleek chrome look, both fitting tributes to the iconic song and all that it stands for culturally and societally.
